The Euroregion Scholarship has been created with the aim of encouraging cross-border mobility. This device is funded by the New-Aquitaine Euroregion- Euskadi - Navarra, based in Hendaye, and managed by the Community of
Universities and Centers of Aquitaine (ComUE of Aquitaine of Aquitaine), located in Bordeaux.
The objective of the scholarship is to finance the mobility of Phd students from UPPA to university centers in Euskadi and Navarra.
