Information – The ‘data-processing law and Freedoms’
The person in charge of processing for the Université de Pau et des Pays de l’Adour (UPPA) is Mr. President of the university.
The personal data collected within the framework of this file are the subject of a paper or data processing intended to allow each user to receive a certification.
The data will be saved in accordance with the regulations applicable to university life (registration, exams, certifications...).
The recipients of the data are UPPA’s the teaching staff, the school staff and the staff of the digital department. Within the framework of certifications with a common jury, the data contained on the platform are communicated to the partner institutions members of the jury.
In accordance with and under the conditions defined in the law relating to data processing, to files and to freedoms n°78-17 of January 6, 1978 modified, you benefit from:
- a right of access to data about you and subject of treatment;
- a right to rectify any information about you;
- a right to delete your data;
- a right to limit the processing of data about you;
- a right to the portability of the data collected;
If you would like to exercise one of these rights for the data saved d by the Université de Pau et des Pays de l’Adour, please contact the ARTICE department of UPPA ( admin@european-crossborder-skills.eu ) by making a copy of your request to the data protection delegate of the institution (dpo@univ-pau.fr).
