Concerned universities: University of Aosta Valley; University of Savoie Mont Blanc

As part of the Interreg V - A Italy - France (ALCOTRA) program, in 2016 started a project called "Formation, Education and Management des Synergies Territoriales"
The main objectives of the project are the following:
creation of a cross-border center on tourism and the mountain economy (CT-TEM) with university education, continuous training and academic and applied research as its mission;
strengthening of the training course of the master's degree in Economics and local and business policies, created in the academic year 2016/2017 between the two universities, which provides for the release of a double diploma; this path, which has the cross-border and bi-national nature of the training as its prerogative and the territorial and international dimension as a substantial feature, aims to implement new activities aimed at increasing student mobility and the link between University, enterprise and cross-border territory;
development of actions and programs aimed at facilitating on the one hand the search for an internship (and, therefore, a job) by placing local businesses actors and students in close relation and, on the other, the involvement of local businesses players via continuous training programs as well as seminars and congress activities of their interest.
During the project, meetings will also be organized (workshops, summer schools, lunch seminars, conferences, training courses for operators in the tourism sector) that will address issues such as "tourism", "mountain economy" and other issues of character cross-border.
