The cross-border bachelor in chemistry, Regio Chimica, is the fruit of the collaboration of the Faculty of Sciences and Techniques (FST) and the National School of Chemistry of Mulhouse (ENSCMu), of the University of Haute-Alsace (UHA ), with the Faculty of Chemistry and Pharmacy of the Albert Ludwigs University in Freiburg (Germany). Since its opening in September 2010, German and French partners have been mobilizing to offer binational training of excellence combining knowledge in chemistry with intercultural skills and trilingualism.


At the end of the training consisting of one to two years in the partner country, French and German students can claim two diplomas: bachelor in chemistry, Regio Chimica course, from the UHA and the Bachelor of Science, Regio Chimica, from the Albert Ludwigs University in Freiburg. Labeled by the Franco-German University (UFA-DFH) for the quality of its training and the cross-border organization of studies, the Regio Chimica bachelor leads graduate students to pursue master's studies (in the field of chemistry , environment or international project management) or in engineering school (students of the Regio Chimica bachelor can be admitted by title to the ENSCMu after the 2nd year of the bachelor).
